Design and construction of smart ID registration tables at the Meen Etka farm<\/span><\/h3>

In order to improve genetic tracking processes and increase the accuracy of recording production data in the line chicken population, Rasa Company has designed and constructed two smart tables at the Meen Etka farm. These two systems, including the egg ID registration table and the line chicken ID and record registration table, have been developed with the aim of creating an accurate, fast and reliable platform for managing vital farm data. The use of RFID technologies, data processing modules and mechanical design appropriate to the farm environment has made this project a successful example of technology localization in the poultry industry.<\/span><\/p>

Egg ID Registration Table<\/span><\/strong>
The egg table is a practical tool for quickly and accurately recording the ID of each egg at the moment of harvest. These IDs are uniquely defined for each egg to enable accurate tracking throughout the entire research and production chain.<\/span><\/p>

Dual-Range Accelerometer<\/span><\/h3>

In this project, a MEMS capacitive accelerometer with two different measurement ranges has been designed and manufactured using indigenous UV-LIGA technology. This sensor, utilizing two structures with different spring stiffness, is capable of measuring acceleration in two separate ranges with different sensitivities, without the need for multiple separate sensors and while maintaining small dimensions, low energy consumption, and the possibility of domestic production. High accuracy, reliable performance in the 0 to 100g range, and usability in sensitive industries such as automobiles are among the outstanding features of this product.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Golgohar Palletizing<\/span><\/h3>

Golgohar is a large iron ore extracting and processing complex (700 hectares). Due to the huge size of this complex, sometimes equipment failure may not be identified until the system fails. Every hour of stoppage of the complex can cause huge damage, and human power alone does not have the power to monitor all the equipment. This project was the remote monitoring of rotating equipment in palletization 2 including failure reporting, abnormal condition alarms and failure prediction by installing FGM smart factory platform.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Personal may not be careful enough while working with dangerous equipment due to fatigue or inattention. Apart from the production stop and the economic losses, the injury and psychological aspect is another aspect in the work environment. The purpose of this project was to monitor the personnel risky behavior while working with dangerous devices. The wristband attached to the worker\u2019s hand stops the machine and gives an alarm as soon as it feels a dangerous behavior.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Weighbridge is an important part in assigning the income of a factory. Unfortunately, there exists cases of abuse in this department. The goal in this project was to make weighbridge operation autonomous and monitoring the behavior of drivers. Scale data was transferred to the central system after measurement. The project was similar to Golgohar palletizing. Monitoring equipment and predicting downtime was a concern for managers. The project was the implementation of a pilot and feasibility study in the company. Pak Dairy<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

In companies whose transportation fleet is their vital artery of revenue, fleet monitoring is very important. Contractors may turn off their refrigerator to save fuel or transporting the goods of others at the time they were in charge of serving the first company. One can add the damages caused due to bad driving and accidents or failure to deliver the goods on time to these problems. The purpose of the Pak Dairy project was to implement FGM smart inventory pilot for monitoring the transportation path, location and stop time of each truck in the fleet. In this project, drivers\u2019 acceleration and braking, speed violations and accidents and fuel consumption were monitored. Also, the goods condition in the refrigerator and the time and place of delivery of the goods were monitored. In case of traffic in unauthorized places, the system would give an alarm.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sometimes companies get their raw materials from two sources with two different analyses. Due to similar appearance of these materials, it is not possible to identify them after loading. By monitoring the trucks travel path, it is possible to find out their location of loading. Microheater Project<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

Microheaters are small heaters with high power and precise control that can provide temperatures beyond 1000\u00b0C. Microheaters provide precise high temperature control. The heating method of micro heaters is to convert electrical power into high density heat. These microstructures are used in various equipment such as electron microscopes, pressure cells, fuel cell heat source electronic substrate heating, RF applications, gas microtube heating, optical fiber, smell sensors, material testing and identification, gas exchangers, etc. The goal of this project was to build a micro heater with a heating temperature of 400 \u00b0C in 20 msec at 2.5v.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Bolus is a smart tool fed to livestock. This tool can only be used for livestock with rumen (cattle, camel sheep, rams, etc.).
