Future Microsystems Company has designed and manufactured a smart gate, considering the increasing need for more accurate monitoring of livestock. This smart gate, using advanced technologies, allows livestock farmers to monitor the health and condition of livestock automatically and accurately. Unlike bolus and microchip, the smart gate system uses one hardware for all livestock. This system can have any of the following modules:

-Automatic livestock counting

-Automatic livestock weighing

-Automatic measurement of the temperature under the animal’s abdomen

-Lameness detection

-Measurement of the daily lactation record of each animal

The use of these modules is based on the customer’s order and not all modules may be used in one gate. The smart gate has two models: cattle and sheep.
